Resumen del trabajo:


Como Senior Process Engineer usted será responsable del diseño, definición y cotización de soluciones técnicas para proyectos de baja a alta complejidad.

Se espera que pueda comprender las necesidades y requisitos del cliente y traducirlo en una solución de ingeniería completa de Tetra Pak, enfocándose en construir una relación a largo plazo entre Tetra Pak y nuestros clientes.

También será responsable de liderar proyectos chicos y medianos y de la parte de Procesos de los proyectos mayores, actuando como Líder del Proyecto de Procesos y coordinando a otros ingenieros.

Usted, como responsable del proceso, deberá asegurarse de que todas las revisiones de diseño técnico se realicen a tiempo y con la calidad esperada.

Colaborará con el gerente de proyecto controlando los costos y cronograma para las tareas de ingeniería de procesos y los entregables del proyecto.

Es posible que se le solicite que dirija las actividades en el sitio del cliente, como la instalación, la puesta en marcha, la validación del rendimiento y proporcionar la documentación técnica correspondiente.

Este profesional tendrá su sede en San Fernando.

Qué harás:

Como Senior Proces Engineer, vas a:

  • Liderar y ejecutar procesos de cotizaciones de proyectos de inversión;
  • Desarrollar y aplicacar soluciones técnicas;
  • Colaborar en el desarrollo y revisión de soluciones reutilizables;
  • Desarrollar cálculos de balances de masas y planificación de tiempos de producción de equipos;
  • Crear y desarrollar diagramas de flujo (P&ID) y layouts en la industria alimenticia;
  • Realizar cálculos de cañerías y selección de componentes de proceso para la industria alimenticia (bombas, válvulas, intercambiadores de calor, etc.);
  • Dirigir revisiones de diseño técnico para proyectos en colaboración con equipos multifuncionales;
  • Brindar soporte en problemas técnicos y resolución de reclamos, incluido el análisis de la causa raíz siguiendo el proceso de la Metodología de resolución de problemas (PSM);
  • Realizar discusiones técnicas con el cliente o los proveedores finales;
  • Actuar como facilitador entre contrapartes u otras competencias;
  • Actuar como mentor/formador de otros ingenieros.

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería de Alimentos, Química o Mecánica;
  • Experiência y conocimiento en tecnologías de producción de liquidos y semi liquidos;
  • Aproximadamente 07 años de experiência laboral en Ingeniería de Proyectos, implementación de proyectos y gestión técnica de proyectos;
  • Conocimiento de AutoCAD 2D y Microsoft Project;
  • Inglés avanzado (imprescindible);
  • Disponibilidad para viajar hasta el 30% del tiempo;
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, planificación y liderazgo, capaz de resolver problemas de manera consistente.
