Buscamos un SAP Commissions Consultant 100% remoto experimentado que se una a nuestro equipo para liderar la configuración y personalización de nuestra herramienta de cálculos de compensaciones variables.
Esta posición es clave para garantizar que nuestros esquemas de comisiones se implementen eficazmente, apoyando nuestros objetivos de ventas y compensación.
Responsabilidades:
Configurar y personalizar SAP Commissions según los requisitos de la empresa. Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de ventas y finanzas para entender y reflejar sus necesidades en el sistema.
Proporcionar orientación y soporte a los miembros del equipo capacitados en la herramienta para asegurar la adopción y el uso efectivo del sistema.

Requisitos:
Experiência comprobada en la configuración de SAP Commissions, Callidus Cloud o sistemas similares de compensación variable.
Comprensión profunda de los procesos de ventas y esquemas de comisiones.
Capacidad para trabajar en colaboración con equipos multifuncionales.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida en Monterrey, con apertura a discutir modalidad remota si es necesario.
