WAYPOINT is a creative production company specialized in creative Game: Development, Marketing, Collectibles and E-commerce projects for mid-sized to AAA clients such as Mattel, Konami, Disney, Zynga, Bandai, Square Enix, Ubisoft and more.

We are looking for a talented Motion Grapher to make concepts come to life through impactful storytelling, rhythm, visual and sound.


YOU

  • A passion for the game industry
  • Build strong collaborative partnerships to deliver high quality experiences
  • Effectively communicate to ensure consistent motion design across platforms
  • Recommend and implement new strategies for scaling expression and deliverables
  • Develop imagery, storyboards, and motion graphics to communicate visual ideas
  • Deliver motion graphic assets to support hightouch event production, video narrative storytelling, and onboarding experiences at scale
  • Participate in reviews, incorporate feedback based on project needs
  • Execute against workstreams in a fastpaced, ambiguous environment
  • Help cultivate creative culture within the team and to the broader org
  • Create aesthetically excellent and innovative work

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in motion graphics, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop
  • Comfortable with 2D animation e.g. graphics, typography or drawings
  • Ability to take rough concepts to completed designs
  • Must be able to create storyboards based off of provided concept/scripts
  • Ability to beautifully animate graphics, typography, and characters timed to music
  • Working knowledge of Cinema 4D a PLUS but not required
  • Great English, written and spoken
