A unique mix of technical skill, and design sensibility spanning illustration, graphic design, web design & other visual arts. You should excel at English communication, have excellent time management skills, and a keen eye for modern aesthetics.


You should have a strong design to learn and constantly improve your skills, with experience in designing for companies in the US, UK or Australia.

A provable portfolio is necessary


If requirements are met, you will have the chance to work on an ever increasing wide range of interesting and varied projects and help build various businesses from the ground up.

This is a remote, work-from-home position.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with other team members
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
  • Collaborate with other designers on conceptualizing original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex web needs
  • Present and justify design decisions to team members and project stakeholders
  • Take a datadriven approach to creating user experiences that drive key actions

Job Skills:

  • Experience designing responsive design websites
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of design projects
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools
  • Uptodate expertise in design software including Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good timemanagement skills
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Uptodate with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies

Pay:
From $100,000.00 per month
