Position Overview:


As a Sourcing Manager specializing in medical supplies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient management of supplier relationships, product sourcing, pricing optimization, and overall supply chain operations.

Your responsibilities will extend to team management, category-specific oversight, and contributing to the expansion of the business within the medical supplies domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate pricing agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maintain competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including finance and sales, to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals.

Product Management:

  • Oversee the management of the product catalog, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with the sales department to provide product information and support deal closures.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments based on market feedback.

Shipping and Logistics:

  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and costeffective shipping of medical supplies.
  • Implement and optimize shipping strategies to improve overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Resolve any shippingrelated issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

  • Lead and manage a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Assign and oversee team members' responsibilities based on product categories.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationship management, preferably in the medical supplies industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Indepth knowledge of medical supplies, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Language:

  • Fluent English (preferred)
