  • PDP establishment in Bosnia in line with corporate guidelines and in coordination with Segment & Production Engineering teams

  • Production lines sustainability in line with implementation of TPM
  • Establish a reliable Spare parts classification and inventory management system
Your skills and strenghts:
  • 7+ years Automotive and/or Production and/or Maintenance experience
  • Experience deploying PDP in automotive
  • Functional Expertise to implement all Maintenance tools(All levels of MTCE in line with TPM)
  • Electronics & Mechatronics Product know how
  • Customer Requirements Management and Quality requirements knowledge (for PDP deployment)
  • Experience in team management
  • Deep understanding of PDP package
  • Deep Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001
  • Communication skills for internal and external interfaces
  • Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to work efficiently within a matrix management organization
  • Ability to positively influence others without direct authority in efforts to move assigned tasks forward
  • Persistance and perseverance
