The Work You'll Do:

• More specifically you will:_
• Evaluate existing business processes to determine where automation improvements can be implemented
• Develop automation using marketstandard tools in conjunction with Sovos best practices
• Assist with quality assurance checks of automation processes
• Thoroughly document all processes
• Communicate with and, when needed, train nontechnical audiences on automation processes
• Train other assigned individuals as a backup on the automation processes in order to ensure continuous support
• Perform ongoing proactive troubleshooting and highly responsive maintenance activities to ensure uptime and availability of production automation services
• Work closely with Compliance Services leadership to prioritize business processes to be automated
• Collaborate with the product management and software development teams on any process automation that may impact Sovos' core products
• Collaborate closely with Compliance Services leadership to set annual automation goals for the department
• Be willing to learn and grow quickly in a rapidly changing and evolving role

What We Need From You

• Related work experience
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development experience; UiPath experience preferred
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to both technical and nontechnical audiences
• Ability to analyze data and/or problems and efficiently find solutions
• Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
