- Basic understanding of network and firewall technologies, VMware ESX/vSphere or Hyper-V, and the ITIL framework.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Oracle and Linux, and cloud services such as AWS/Azure would be a benefit.
- Team player with a strong capacity to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
- Excellent problemsolving skills, good communication skills, and a focus on responsibility, customer focus, commitment, and dialogue.
