Responsibilities:

  • DaytoDay Site Management_
  • Oversee the daily management of the website, ensuring all products, promotions, and content are uptodate and accurately reflect the brand's standards.
  • Implement and maintain site merchandising strategies, including product categorization, search optimization, and visual merchandising, to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling product pages that highlight the features and benefits of our products.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization_
  • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor site performance and customer behavior, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to refine the user experience and increase sales.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and crossfunctional teams.
  • Project Management_
  • Manage and coordinate calendar for marketing projects
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of site updates
  • Liaise with different teams within the marketing organization to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with ecommerce and digital marketing principles
  • Experience with site merchandising and content management systems (such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Mentality:_
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively
