Main Purpose

  • Responsible for ensuring safety operative procedures implementation based on the Global, regional, and local regulations and Corporate Standards, driving continuous improvement at the site. This role ensures that Safety is part of the operations across the Site being part of our sustainable culture.

Your mission will be to

  • Ensure Safety guidelines, standards, and legal requirements compliance in daily routine.
  • Ensure the implementation and development of the HSE strategy and safety trainings plans at Site level.
  • Responsible for development, training, monitoring, evaluation, and feedbacks of union safety technicians ensuring safety programs standardization in all operative units at the Site.
  • Audits referent. Comply with safety and ER actions resolution and close findings sustainably.
  • Main safety KPI ́s in the areas (NMs investigations, NMs action plans, Incidents, applicability, First Aids, BBS).
  • Behavior based on Safety Program referent.
  • Safety culture activities and annual plan at the site.
  • Coordinate safety activities and operation support in plants shutdown, boils outs and clean outs.
  • Coordinate and execute all safety equipment controls, internal safety audit focus on work permits, LOTO, safety guidelines Confined spaces, Line breaking, etc.
  • Promote ONE management System and ONE PSS as way of work.
  • Responsible for Work permit implementation.
  • Coordinate Emergency Response Management: equipment controls and correct operation, all activities related to Emergency Response, including drill scenarios. Fire brigade program including annual training certifications, qualifications, medical program implementation and evaluation. Be referent for 2 Sites.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to contribute to improve SAFETY issues driving operational excellence and focused improvement.
  • Guarantee the SAFETY operational procedures implementation, maintenance, updates, selfassessment, and followup.

Unlock your potencial

  • Graduated in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environment, Chemical engineering or similar
  • Complementary Post degree in Industrial Safety, Environment, or similar
  • Professional license plate in Safety and Industrial Hygiene
  • 3 years at least, as experience in similar positions
  • ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001 solid knowledge
  • Pre intermediate / Intermediate English level
  • Solid Emergency response knowledge /certifications
  • Desirable: Integrated management system Auditor
  • Solid Health and Safety legal requirements knowledge
