Su principal objetivo es desarrollar e implementar la voz de marca a través de todas las comunicaciones de nuestros diferentes canales y plataformas, colaborando en nuestro objetivo de llegar a que más personas puedan invertir y potenciar sus ahorros.


_ Entre tus principales objetivos se encuentran:_

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de contenido innovadoras y efectivas que impulsen la participación y la conversión en diversos canales de marketing
  • Supervisar y analizar minuciosamente el rendimiento del contenido, utilizando análisis avanzados para proponer mejoras sustanciales basadas en los resultados obtenidos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de contenido mediante investigaciones de mercado y análisis competitivos, que permitan el desarrollo de contenido altamente relevante.
  • Ideación y ejecución de campañas Institucionales y/o de lanzamientos de productos nuevos o existentes en diferentes canales, plataformas y redes sociales.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con otros integrantes de marketing, así como con las áreas Estrategia de inversiones, Producto, IT, Legales, CX, y/o con múltiples proveedores externos, para alinear estratégicamente el contenido con los objetivos de la empresa y garantizar la consistencia de la marca.
  • Coordinar proyectos de contenido complejos y de alto impacto, organizando los recursos internos y externos para lograr resultados sobresalientes.
  • Seleccionar y desarrollar la estrategia de contenido para influencers y programas de streaming.
Establecer calendarios de pruebas A/B y multivariantes, probando líneas de contenido y mejorar constantemente los resultados.

_ Requisitos:
_

  • Estudiantes o graduados de Ciencias de la Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas, Periodismo, Marketing o similares. (Excluyente)
  • Experiência previa en puestos similares (Content writer, Brand) y/o de la industria Fintech.(Excluyente)
  • Pasión por el mundo Fintech y las inversiones.
  • Conocimiento de estrategia, métricas, buenas prácticas y tendencias de Redes sociales (Excluyente).
  • Excelente capacidad de redacción, planificación y trabajo en equipo.
Buscamos a una persona detallista, que preste atención minuciosa a cada aspecto del trabajo y no deje pasar errores.
