WITHIN YOUR TEAM

You will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process in Argentina, as well as managing and uploading to different platforms the documents required by our clients for our engineers to access the plants.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Hire, onboard and offboard an associate
  • Prepare monthly and annual close, retention bonusses, revenue vs HC, SOX compliance reports
  • Prepare for government institutes: Info on part time associates, costs related to the employers, associates with special protection (pregnancy, disability, etc.), termination queries, unemployment claims data
  • Resolving adhoc Employee Relations queries and manage local policies, procedures and related procecess
  • HR to create promotion letters, contract addendums where applicable
  • Maintain and manage list of associates' citizenship & visa status, including upcoming renewals cases
