We're hiring a QA Analyst (Manual) in support of our mission of building a curated, memorable experience for each customer.
What you get to do every day:
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to identify, analyze & clarify requirements for features & functionalities.
- Build test cases based on the requirements, both explicit & implicit
- Identify test data to use during execution
- Execute test cases effectively and document the results. Prepare & share test reports with stakeholders
- Identify bugs and create detailed bug reports in the bug tracking software
- Verify fixes for reported bugs to ensure that product is implemented as intended
- Perform regression testing to ensure that overall product quality is maintained
- Perform testing on desktop and mobile devices
What you bring to the role:
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Strong attention to details with solid analytical and problemsolving skills
- Good knowledge of QA methodologies, tools & processes
- Experience/ability to trace errors & troubleshoot bugs
- Ability to work with databases by writing SQL queries
- Ability to use PostMan to test APIs
- Have minimum 4 years of solid experience in manual testing
Be Critical thinker
- Always questions requirements & existing functionality
- Be a Selflearner. Requires minimum to no handholding/supervision
- Not just point out problems but also suggest possible workarounds & solutions
