The Company
Galactic Holdings is a project that started in 2019, oriented to the Latin American market.
We are building a new type of digital financial ecosystem which includes a wallet (TruBit), a cryptocurrency exchange (TruBit pro) and a stablecoin (Moneta Digital).
Our goal is to be the bridge that drives mass adoption to the Blockchain world so that our users can enjoy all the benefits it has to offer.
The Role
We're seeking a Marketing Specialist who help to develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels.
Research the market, analyze trends to help define the organization's marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach the target market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
- Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
- Investigate the performance of the company's marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
- Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
- Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
Requisitos:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in digital marketing, particularly within the crypto industry.
- Understanding of marketing elements (including digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Data analytics and tools.
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
- Ability to work with teams and collaborate.
- Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment.
Fluent English (required).
