  • Managing support tickets and resolving end user issues in a timely manner, while providing excellent customer service
  • Reviewing and learning from tickets resolved by senior team members to eventually, address more complex issues and errors.
  • Developing documentation and training materials where applicable.
  • Conforming to all support management processes and procedures.
Education and experience
