Requisitos:
The M365 Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions and services to support our organization's productivity and collaboration needs.
They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of M365 solutions while adhering to industry best practices and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to meet the organization's business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing workflows, and recommend M365 solutions to optimize productivity and enhance collaboration.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and governance of M365 services by implementing and enforcing appropriate policies, controls, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot M365 service-related issues, working closely with end-users and support teams to resolve incidents and minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with the latest M365 features, updates, and industry trends, and assess their impact on the organization's environment.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate end-users on M365 capabilities, best practices, and self-service troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and integrations to streamline administrative tasks and enhance user experience.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation activities, ensuring successful delivery of M365 initiatives within defined timelines and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an M365 Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of M365 services, architecture, and administration.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, including Azure Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and multifactor authentication.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for M365 administration tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex M365 servicerelated issues.
- Knowledge of information security best practices, data protection, and compliance requirements within the context of M365 services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and integration with M36
- Familiarity with migration strategies and tools for migrating onpremises systems to Microsoft 36
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and its integration with M365.
