ECOLAB is looking for a Supply Chain Finance Partner who will oversee costing activities, focusing on forecasting, planning, and analysis, including manufacturing, logistics, and plant cost efficiency. This role is part of a regional team and reports to the SCF manager LAS.
Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate, timely, and insightful business reporting and analytics.
- Conduct supply chain financial shaping, forecasting, analysis, accounting, and reporting.
- Lead monthly closing processes, including cost manufacturing.
- Perform various cost analyses such as plant overheads, delivery costs, material loss, etc.
- Prepare Variance Analysis by comparing actual performance with budgeted figures.
- Coordinate financial forecasts, annual plans, and standard costs roll.
- Lead annual activities like inventory counts, root cause analysis, and audit support.
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Act as a financial advisor to plants' management, supporting strategy development and implementation.
- Participate in Plant management meetings and key activities.
- Support Supply Chain decision-making and cost optimization initiatives.
- Develop ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities or challenges.
- Analyze financial and operational performance and present findings.
- Build and maintain relationships with SCF and FP&A teams.
- Provide accurate costing simulations and support cost initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- +5 years of experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
- +2 years in FP&A or Supply Chain Finance roles with standard cost accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Analysis, Accounting & Budgeting.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
