Tus responsabilidades:
- Proporcionar soporte técnico para aplicaciones de software en entornos de producción y pruebas.
- Resolver problemas técnicos complejos relacionados con el software de la empresa.
- Documentar y registrar las solicitudes de soporte técnico y sus soluciones.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos de desarrollo de software para garantizar que las aplicaciones funcionen sin problemas, documentando especificaciones de cambio necesarias.
- Participación activa en la comunicación con el cliente para documentación de requisitos, gestión de incidencias, elaboración de manuales y capacitaciones a usuarios finales
Tu perfil:
- Experiência en soporte de aplicaciones, gestión de cambios e incidencias.
- Excelentes relaciones interpersonales y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Experiência en gestión de necesidades del cliente y traducir sus requisitos en especificaciones técnicas para equipos de desarrollo.
- Manejo intermedio de idioma inglés.
- Conocimientos de proyectos de desarrollo de software, colaborando en definiciones de arquitectura, diseño, desarrollo, testing y despliegues.
- Experiência en desarrollo, preferentemente Java para aplicaciones backend.
- Conocimiento de Bases de Datos (SQL y NoSQL), preferentemente PostgreSQL /Vertica / Cassandra.
- Experiência con herramientas de gestión de issues/tickets (JIRA) plus.
- Graduado/a o estudiante de la carrera de Ingeniería/Licenciatura en Sistemas o estudios afines.
- Conocimientos de trabajo en entornos ágiles (Scrum)
