Requisitos:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform test planning, create and execute automation scripts, understand and communicate test results and risks, as part of the product delivery process
  • Maintain and enhance the automation framework
  • Provide responsible input to release planning activities
  • Define test requirements for each new release, based on participation in scrum team activities to understand product plans and direction
  • Identify and execute (i.e., shiftleft strategies), in collaboration with developers to identify defects and quality risks earlier in the release process
  • Participate with Quality Engineering Leadership on improving quality engineering processes
  • Identify and execute (i.e., shiftleft strategies), in collaboration with developers to identify defects and quality risks earlier in the release process
  • Coach and mentor scrum teams on defined quality engineering processes.
  • Participate in automation code reviews and provide qualitydriven feedback.
  • Coach and mentor junior quality engineers in automation practices

Recruiting Guidelines:

  • BS in Computer Science or Equivalent
  • 5+ Years of Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience
  • 4+ Years of automation script development in C#/.NET Framework (No negociable) 4+ Years of Selenium experience (No negociable), microsoft testing tools
  • Supply chain industry expertise preferred
  • Excellents Softskills

Entrevista Técnica + validación interna del equipo + 2 a 3 entrevistas finales con cliente (Validación de Softskils)
