As BHR Manager you will serve as the primary partner to the business, developing HR programs, needs assessments, employee relations management resulting HR solutions & responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all HR programs and services.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
- Support Leadership teams developing HR strategies & and implementation plans to meet organizational needs of the businesses.
- Establishes, builds, and maintains strong relationships with key HR partners from all functions to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs; includes relationship management, leadership, HR/ER roles/responsibilities and service delivery commitments.
- Individually and through the team, assists management with employee relations issues including but not limited to policy interpretation, discipline, and performance coaching. Manage the internal and external labor & employee relations strategy to ensure a positive working environment.
- Direct a variety of HRrelated programs to ensure that the organization's current and future HR requirements are met.
- Plan, implement and review of human resources and workforce development plans.
- Maintain employee records to make possible the provision of reliable data to the Management.
- Facilitate and assess new hires and development programs.
- Advise and influence managers with HRrelated issues including compensation discussions, policy interpretation, employee relation issues, etc.
- Lead and implementation of Performance Reviews, succession planning, high potential talent reviews, and workforce planning process.
- Participates in the annual HR budgeting process.
- Facilitate change by implementing the Culture, engagement & Internal Communications strategy according to corporate guidelines and business objectives.
- Actively promote the DE&I company philosophy and strategic goals, to ensure business sustainable and profitable growth.
SCOPE/RELATIONSHIP & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Business Leaders, Managers and Staff
- Communication with all levels via staff meetings, written communications and oneonone communication.
- Execute and coordinate delivery of HR services across the businesses.
- Manage business needs of multiple leadership teams.
- Project Management.
- Participate on teams and/or lead short term or singularly focused HR related projects.
- Know the business.
- Significant knowledge of critical success factors and challenges for the various businesses.
- Risk Assessment.
CAN'T WAIT TO GET STARTED?
To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications:
- BA Degree, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Legal, Administration or similar.
- Languages. Mandatory English. Full command.
- 5 years of experience as RH Specialist/Generalist in multinational companies, preferably Health Care Industry.
- Broad experience in the areas of employee relations and union management, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Preferable experience working in matrix environment organizations.
- Very strong skills and experience in managing employee and labor relations issues.
- Proven experience of organizational design and change management is desirable.
- Familiarity with HRIS /Payroll systems, Workday.
