Responsibilities

STRATEGIC PRIORITIZATION AND COLLABORATIVE PLANNING:

• Strategically prioritize weekly maintenance tasks, intricately aligning them with operational goals.

• Collaborate proactively in planning sessions to ensure the flawless execution of maintenance activities.

FAILURE ANALYSIS MASTERY AND SPARE PARTS PRECISION:

• Curate an exhaustive list of indispensable critical spare parts, meticulously tailored for equipment maintenance.

• Apply the art of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to dissect component and equipment failure modes on-site.

• Vigilantly monitor failure and root cause analyses, ensuring meticulous compliance with mitigation plans, and validating proper documentation in the WPTS system.

PINNACLE OF BEST PRACTICES IMPLEMENTATION AND RELIABILITY ASSURANCE:

• Pioneer the implementation and management of an advanced maintenance system, emphasizing reliability and traceability.

• Establish stringent criteria for acquiring dependable data.

• Maintain a meticulously updated database and historical record of equipment.

• Analyze and propose operational strategies for consistently reliable maintenance.

• Conduct comprehensive equipment surveys, monitor dynamic component changes, and proactively create alerts for the planning department.

• Conduct a daily review of maintenance reports, ensuring proactive creation of alerts for the planning department.

• Meticulously monitor equipment operating hours daily, ensuring steadfast adherence to the maintenance plan, and archiving technical information folders in SharePoint.

KPI MONITORING, ACTION PLANNING, AND UNWAVERING ADHERENCE TO COMPLIANCE:

• Propose, calculate, and report KPIs, providing meaningful recommendations and action plans based on performance indicators.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety, security, and compliance standards, upholding an uncompromising commitment to excellence in all maintenance operations.

Qualifications

 

  • Education: Completed engineering (mechanical, electronic or similar)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
  • Intermediate English (Technical)
