At Randstad we are currently looking for a Project Manager to be part of a Global Equity Firm.

The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of research based consulting engagements within the Custom Research division. The role manages the research project lifecycle, and ensures all client deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and on budget. The candidate must be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while keeping the clients and internal stakeholders abreast of all project milestones.  Key to this position are proven expertise to trouble shoot and fully resolve problems regarding survey design, fieldwork and data analysis.

 

Job duties:

- Oversee all aspects of project management and ensure flawless execution of each study.  Specific tasks include: develop project plans; coordinate project execution amongst project team and vendors to ensure deadlines are met; provide issue escalation and resolution to project team and management.

- Tabulate survey results, analyze data and work with Consultants to articulate insights in client deliverables (PowerPoint presentations).

- Work with GA Consultants to design and build surveys.

- Partner with Survey Field Management team to ensure survey completion targets are met.

- Partner with Sample Management team to develop target respondent lists for studies.

- Proactively develop solutions to increase the value of the Custom Research business unit.

 

Skills required:

- BA/BS Degree.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, market research, business intelligence or project management.

- Strong written and oral communication skills in english (C1).

- Superior project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with exceptional attention to detail.

-  Experience using data tables in MS PowerPoint to develop highly professional client deliverables.

-  Experience tabulating data in Excel and or SPSS required.

-  Knowledge of Financial Markets a plus.

- Self-motivated with ability to operate autonomously with minimal direction

- Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with clients

 

Working Model: 

Full time - Hybrid model (mixes in-office and remote work during the week)
