As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing critical company information, as well as generating and reviewing reports to support decision-making in all areas requiring data management. You will report directly to the demand department but collaborate closely with various departments.

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Statistics, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering and/or Logistics.
  • Excel expert
  • Experience with PowerBI and dashboards creation.
  • Experience querying databases (SQL/Python/Power Query)
  • Familiarity with financial and industrial results.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different areas of the company.
  • Nice to have - JDA/ Blue Yonder.Knowledge

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Creating data architectures for databases, analytical data platforms & related processes (i.e. designing and specifying data structures and processing frameworks based on functional and technical requirements)
  • Developing and design Power BI reports.
  • Developing strategies for data acquisition, data democratization, and data platform implementation
  • Managing data conversions and troubleshooting data processing issues
  • Guarantee the correct operation of the BlueYonder/Orion demand processes.
  • Provide support for validation, testing and approval changes in BlueYonder/Orion template configuration for demand planning and SAP functionality, as well as any local improvement proposal.
  • Lead the continuous improvement on demand planning process and deploy as systemic actions or way of working to the demand PN working team.
  • Implement changes, new process or new products that requires a Demand Planning change or impact directly on the demand planning process.
