El/La supervisor/a de la planta de fluidos es responsable de suministrar PSD seguros, eficientes y fiables a los clientes. El/la supervisor/a de la planta de fluidos identifica oportunidades para mejorar la prestacion de servicios, implementa el trabajo estandar y gestiona los riesgos durante la prestacion de servicios. Esta persona supervisa el trabajo de preparado de fluido en las mini plantas de fluidos anexadas a los equipo de perforacion, manteniendo un excelente control de calidad de acuerdo con las politicas y procedimientos de la empresa. El Supervisor de Planta de Fluidos ayuda en la formacion de otros Operadores y aprendices, y asegura el cumplimiento de las regulaciones gubernamentales y los estandares de la industria.

Garantizar que los resultados del trabajo sean precisos y se entreguen a tiempo.

Garantizar que los procedimientos de mezcla y combinacion de fluidos se completen con precision y se entreguen al equipo de perforacion.

Demostrar una solida comprension de los principios de gestion de mantenimiento preventivo, analisis de falla, inventario de insumos, logistica de equipos.

Demostrar un solido conocimiento de las normativas HSE relacionadas con la operacion de tanques y bombas de fluidos y la manipulacion de materiales.

Garantizar el cumplimiento total de los requisitos de HSE relacionados con las operaciones de la planta a granel y la manipulacion de materiales a granel.

Gestionar el rendimiento, la formacion y el desarrollo de los empleados bajo supervision

  • Titulo en un campo tecnico - preferiblemente mecanico, electronico, quimico o experiencia minima de 5 anos equivalente en la industria.
  • Conocimiento de idioma ingles para la interpretacion del material involucrado en el desarrollo de la funcion.
  • Experiencia comprobable en sistemas de elevacion, transporte e instalacion de cargas.
  • Conocimiento en manejo de desechos
  • Conocimiento en mantenimiento de bombas, valvulas y sistemas de remocion
  • Competencia en la utilizacion de productos de Microsof Office
