Right now we are looking for a Talent Development Analyst, Ssr to join our team at Globant
You will get the chance to:

- Being a key part in the end-to-end creation of experiences, products and programs related to performance management, career growth, and leadership development.

- Be a key part of the transformation of career development stories at Globant impacting on a talent based business model.
- Go deeper into a particular knowledge (technology, industry, practice, methodology) to become a talent subject-matter expert.
- Translate complex data into straightforward insights and visualization for business decisions.
- Always be investigating, learning, knowing the latest trends and to do some benchmarking
- Be part of a truly diverse cultural and cross-cultural team.
