About us:

At HoM, we're not just a team; we're a collective of dynamic individuals on a mission to elevate brands through TikTok while fueling rapid revenue growth. We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales professional to join us as a Partnership Manager who can drive significant new business revenue by forging strategic partnerships with brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close deals: Identify and cultivate leads, understand client needs, and develop compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of HoM's TikTok expertise. Utilize your strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively negotiate and close deals.
  • Become a social media and brand marketing expert: Possess a deep understanding of the social media landscape. Stay adept at trends and insights to deliver innovative solutions for brands and demonstrate your knowledge of how social media, particularly TikTok, integrates into a brand's broader marketing strategy.
  • Build strong relationships: Be a natural connector who cultivates and fosters long-term partnerships with brands. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work seamlessly with the lead generation, proposal, and creative teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Maintain meticulous records: Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications, proposals, presentations, and Salesforce data management.

Who You Are:

  • A proven sales professional with at least 2 years of experience in the influencer marketing space, specifically focusing on social media and driving new revenue.
  • A strong communicator with exceptional persuasion skills who can effectively pitch the value proposition of HoM's services to potential clients.
  • A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a relentless pursuit of success.
  • A detail-oriented professional who takes pride in accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of their work.
  • A passionate learner with a desire to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving social media and TikTok landscape.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

What you’re good at:

  • TikTok - you know the platform inside out
  • Media - you understand how TikTok fits into a brand’s media strategy and you have a good understanding of the media landscape.
  • Working hard - there are no shortcuts for strong salespeople. We expect you to go above and beyond to get the sales across the line.
  • Thinking outside the box - sometimes you will have to be creative to get sales across the line.
  • Selling (and sales strategy) - obviously

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record of Revenue Success: Demonstrated success in sales, partnership building, and account management with at least 2 years of experience in the influencer marketing space specifically with a focus on TikTok and driving new revenue.
